Job Description

Do you love retail marketing and get a thrill from developing campaigns from ideation and production to implementation and measurement? Are you keen to bring your retail marketing and campaign expertise to build brands and grow our customer base? If you are a skilled and experienced marketing professional (retail sector preferred) this role has been specially crafted for you.

Purpose of the role

To support the overall planning, development, and implementation of campaigns to increase the value and performance of the portfolio of products and services.  To help build and manage stakeholders as the marketing representative of the relevant portfolio.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, or similar
  • 2 – 3 years marketing experience
  • Retail experience will be an advantage
  • Brand and Marketing awareness – knowledge of brands and the marketing mix
  • Able to build relationships
  • Interests in using insights/data for decision making
  • Ability to present and communicate to an audience
  • Creative and analytical mindset
  • Problem solving and can do attitude
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Teamplayer
  • Growth mindset
  • Attention to detail
  • Software experience advantageous: RMS, SAP, Google Suite
